Limitation of Liability: a. RBN Development Corporation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. b. We take reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our services, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions.

Dispute Resolution: a. In the event of any disputes or disagreements, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation and mediation. b. If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation or mediation, any legal actions will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RBN Development Corporation is located.
